In order to streamline support and better serve you we utilize a ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address, 1st & 2nd Name with a Phone Number is required to submit a ticket.

Please Note:- All tickets will update between 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM Weekdays and 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on Saturdays
Days of Closure to Note:- Closed On The 14th of July

High Priority is for expressing a ticket to the front of the que that day or next working day if opened after 16:00 at the cost of £10.00.

Emergency Priority is only to be used in liquid contamination cases where time is of the essence at the cost of £20.00 Ticket Fee.

Please DO NOT USE High Priority Services unless your happy to pay the higher fees and it's absolutely necessary for a Fast or Emergency Service...

Also Note:- If Your Ticket is NOT found in your Inbox, please Check Your Spam / Junk Folder.

Our Online Ticket System and Website is protected Via Internet Security Protocol SSL to protect Our Clients Data.
Clients can contact us anytime to be removed from Our Database after work completion, Declining Clients will be Removed.
NOTE:- Client Services or Repairs automatically Consent or Re-Consent to be on our Client DataBase if Services or Repairs are employed.
